Research and Planning Fee

After submitting your form, a $25 nonrefundable research fee is required before the planning process begins. This fee covers the time and care spent researching destinations, comparing resorts, designing your trip, and finding the best available options based on your needs.

The research fee is separate from the total cost of your trip and must be paid before any travel planning or research begins.

Your Personalized Proposal

Once your form and research fee have been received, you can expect your personalized travel proposal within 5–7 business days. Your proposal will include carefully selected options that match your preferences and requested budget.

Please remember that prices and availability may change until your reservation is secured with a deposit. If your budget does not match current travel prices, we will discuss alternative dates, destinations, resorts, or other creative options to help you enjoy the best possible experience.
